Job Description
Ecomfine is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Shopify Store Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and drive the growth of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal store performance and managing end-to-end operations. This role includes implementing effective strategies to enhance sales and maintain an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Shopify store (front and back end)
- Oversee daily operations including product management, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping
- Provide excellent client communication and customer support
- Monitor store performance and optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Execute marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, and content marketing)
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Shopify management
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
- Experience with SEO and e-commerce analytics tools
