Job Description
Interact Global is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to enhance our Human Resources operations. This vital role involves overseeing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee records while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Supervise performance evaluations and individual development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs efficiently.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, 4-6 years of HR experience, and comprehensive knowledge of HR regulations.
