Job Description
Your Cloud Campus is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our US-based clients with various administrative duties. In this role, you will manage phone communications, assist in scheduling, and set appointments. Additionally, you will be responsible for cold calling and generating leads through effective use of CRM tools.
