iTech Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to be part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Draft persuasive proposals customized for each client.
- Engage effectively with clients through clear communication.
- Ensure ongoing communication through regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the technical team for accurate project estimates.
- Meet monthly lead generation targets.
