Job Description
Unze London is looking for a seasoned Restaurant HR Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will spearhead HR functions, placing a strong emphasis on employee relations, policy formulation, and compliance within the restaurant sector.
Qualifications:
– Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or MBA (HR)
– 6 to 8 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity within the hospitality industry
– Profound understanding of labor laws and effective employee engagement methodologies
– Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
