Job Description
Department: Academics
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assist with assembly, break times, and home time duties, while actively participating in various school events.
– Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure discipline.
– Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Cambridge curriculum, incorporating Islamic principles.
– Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience.
– Provide constructive feedback on student assignments.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the subject matter, effective lesson delivery, excellent organization, interpersonal skills, and experience with educational technology.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar educational role.
Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) is preferred, along with at least a Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
