Job Description
Creative Chaos is seeking a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Executive to enhance our HR team. This position demands a strong analytical background and marketing expertise, combined with a genuine passion for cultivating a positive workplace environment and improving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, collaborate on HR strategies, conduct data analysis for employee insights, and oversee feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities, familiarity with HR policies, and the capacity to independently prioritize tasks.
