Job Description
Bridgelinx Technologies is on the lookout for a talented Network Administrator to become a vital part of our innovative IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the reliability of internal network systems.
- Establish security measures and best practices, such as VPNs and encryption.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and upkeep of network hardware and software.
- Provide support for LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and switches.
- Collaborate with the IT team on upgrades, patches, and improving security protocols.
- Offer technical assistance to end-users and guide them in troubleshooting.
- Refer unresolved issues to external vendors when necessary.
