Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd (Sardodha Branch) is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and shortlisting resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining comprehensive records of recruitment activities. The position requires flexibility to work night shifts and oversee daily operations of the HR department, including managing attendance and employee compensation.
Requirements: Proven experience in HR management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Salary & Benefits: 22 working days per month, performance bonuses, secure employment, growth opportunities, and a salary package ranging from Rs 50,00 to Rs 80,00.
