Job Description
Real Beauty is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Sales Executive to enhance our customer service team. This position entails reaching out to customers after they place orders to verify details and promote add-on purchases. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills in Urdu for phone interactions and strong written English abilities for chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders and validate delivery addresses.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Promote upselling and add-on sales during phone calls.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in telesales or e-commerce is an advantage.
Location: Mughalpura, Lahore. This is a full-time position offering a salary of PKR 30,00 plus incentives.
