Mindzeye Inc. is now hiring a Calling Agent! We are looking for a proactive individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a talent for engaging with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients.
• Address inbound inquiries promptly.
• Promote our products and services.
• Maintain accurate logs of calls and interactions.
• Achieve assigned targets and goals.

Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of calling experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in closing sales, and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
