Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison for customers via phone, email, or chat. In this role, you will handle orders, address inquiries, and deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- A minimum of O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, customer-oriented mindset coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or international sales is an advantage.
