Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new auditing initiatives to enhance the reputation of the compliance department.
- Collaborate with management to strengthen internal controls.
- Report findings from audits to management effectively.
- Ensure effective implementation of solutions from investigations.
- Monitor and track company violations pertaining to regulations.
- Compile and present comprehensive audit reports to department heads.
- Analyze data for timely management reports.
- Provide expert advice to management on compliance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Software or IT preferred.
- Exceptional communication and analytical capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
