Job Description
Qadri Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Performance Management Specialist to develop and manage our Performance Management System (PMS). This role requires collaboration with department heads to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aligned with business objectives, oversee PMS cycles efficiently, and conduct training sessions on PMS processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, recommending improvement plans, and ensuring transparency in evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position based at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, with an in-person attendance requirement.
