Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be available to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, following up with leads to build strong client relationships, collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries, and maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
Applicants must be fluent in both Urdu and English, have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and possess a laptop or PC with stable internet access. We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 10,00 to 30,00, along with performance-based incentives.
