Job Description
A prestigious donor-funded project is inviting applications for the position of HR & Admin Officer based in Peshawar, Pakistan. This is a contractual role with applications due by September 20, 2025. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field, coupled with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Fluency in both English and local languages is essential. Strong conflict resolution abilities and the capacity to thrive under tight deadlines are also required.
Applicants must be under 50 years of age and be prepared to travel to field sites in the Merged Areas, KP.
