Job Description

ASK Development is looking for a committed Customer Services Representative to become a vital part of our team in Islamabad, specifically located in DHA-Phase-07. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Hiring Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Intermediate Certification
• Communication Skills: Proficient in both English and Urdu (neutral dialect)
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years is preferred
• Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 per month with Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities: Your duties will include managing customer calls, providing online support, following up on issues, generating trouble tickets, maintaining records, and performing special tasks as required during your shift.
