Job Description
Source Code Academia is looking for a dedicated Academic Coordinator to oversee both academic and administrative functions within our Department. This full-time role involves supervising teachers, ensuring curriculum alignment, and upholding high standards for lesson delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teachers and manage class schedules.
- Provide training for new teachers and students.
- Ensure adherence to the approved curriculum.
- Monitor teacher performance and attendance.
- Facilitate departmental meetings.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and leadership skills are required.
Compensation: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Work Location: In-person.
