Job Description
Techsol IT is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with expertise in hiring for the Ebook and RSP sectors. We are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for the Ebook and RSP departments.
- Efficiently schedule and manage candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers while maintaining candidate databases.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in Ebook and RSP hiring.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
Shift: Night 9 PM – 6 AM
Location: Onsite | Full-time
Pay: Rs 50,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00 per month
