Job Description
WAVE is seeking dedicated and skilled Customer Sales Representatives / Call Center Agents to join our dynamic outbound sales team for US campaigns. In this role, you will engage with US customers (B2C) and leverage your outstanding communication abilities to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell insurance plans.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales or call centers.
- Exceptional spoken English skills.
Job Location: Time Square Plaza, Islamabad
