Job Description
Arc Codes is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Closer to join our Spectrum campaign. In our dynamic call center environment, you will engage with interested customers and finalize deals in real-time during live calls.
Salary Range: Offering a competitive salary along with performance-driven incentives and commissions.
Work Hours: Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales effectively during live calls using persuasive techniques.
- Establish rapport and communicate the advantages of Spectrum clearly.
- Achieve sales goals and ensure accurate records are maintained in the CRM.
