Job Description

Location: Islamabad (On-site) I-9 Islamabad

Walee Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Jr. Associate Negotiator to become a vital part of our team. If you possess a passion for customer support and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to loan applications.
• Conduct follow-up calls regarding repayments and gather client feedback.
• Provide guidance to users navigating our mobile application.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in English and/or Urdu communication.

Salary: PKR 40,00/month + benefits

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
