Job Description
Sensible BPO is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to become part of our dynamic HR team. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.
As an HR Intern, you will collaborate closely with HR executives in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the hiring process, supporting onboarding efforts, and engaging in various employee activities.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Previous internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
