Job Description

7 KINGS CODE LLC, a leading U.S.-based software solutions firm, is currently in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Patient Appointment Scheduling. This is a full-time, onsite position located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

Education & Experience:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in managing patient appointment scheduling calls.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Skills:

• Outstanding English communication skills.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in effective call handling.

Working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PKT. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
