Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Walee Technologies is looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you have a passion for helping customers, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with loan eligibility and application questions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor social media platforms for feedback.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
