Job Description
At Traditions by Saleem Fabrics, we are seeking a dedicated Fragrance Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service while showcasing our exclusive collection of perfumes. Your primary objective will be to ensure a delightful shopping experience by understanding individual customer preferences and providing tailored recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them effectively.
- Recommend perfumes that align with customer tastes.
- Share detailed information regarding fragrance notes, brands, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Accurately process sales transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing perfume display.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
