Job Description

International Industries is looking for a motivated Human Resources and Corporate Services Manager to oversee HR functions at both our manufacturing plant and head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, you will manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.

The ideal applicant will possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, along with over 7 years of relevant experience in HR and Corporate Services, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
