Job Description
SPEC Refinery (PVT) LTD is actively searching for a skilled Aviation Manager to oversee all aspects of aviation operations. The successful candidate will manage flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and ensure adherence to aviation regulations. Key responsibilities also include recruiting and training flight crew, implementing safety management systems, managing operational budgets, and efficiently resolving operational challenges.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field, extensive experience in aviation operations management, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential.
