Job Description
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Timings: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Abacus is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead our Contact Center Operations for local fintech and telecom projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and improving overall service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in BPO operations. Leadership experience is preferred, along with strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
