Job Description
Sindbad’s Wonderland Pvt. Ltd. is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Services Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally assist and support customers.
- Respond effectively to calls, emails, and messages.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
