Job Description
Texitech is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate and prompt information delivery.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Keeping updated on product knowledge to provide effective support and guidance to customers.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in either Administration or Commerce is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
