Key Responsibilities: Analyze calls, assess communication quality, provide performance feedback, collaborate on enhancements, and generate reports.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of quality control experience in a contact center, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in call monitoring tools as well as Excel.
