Job Description
Ibix Global Tech is looking for a full-time, on-site Female Technical Recruiter based in the Karachi Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop job postings, manage recruitment channels, and maintain candidate databases.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience in full-life cycle recruiting, outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
