Job Description
Advance Tech is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in computer hardware, software, UPS systems, audio/video conferencing equipment, and CCTV cameras.
Responsibilities:
– Install and maintain computer hardware and software
– Set up and troubleshoot UPS systems
– Provide installation and support for audio/video conferencing solutions
– Install and maintain CCTV cameras
– Deliver general IT support as required
Requirements:
– Diploma with relevant experience
– Strong knowledge of computer systems and hardware components
– Familiarity with UPS installation and configuration
– Experience with CCTV and AV systems is a plus
– Responsible, honest, and capable of working independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
