Job Description
Shaadi.org.pk is on the lookout for a committed Matchmaking Officer for our Nazimabad Branch. The successful candidate will oversee member profiles, grasp client preferences, and facilitate meaningful matches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update client profiles effectively.
- Recommend suitable matches based on client requirements.
- Foster positive client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Meet matchmaking goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in client relations.
- Aged 24 and above, all genders encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: Rs. 50,00 – 150,00 plus allowances.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM | Full-time, in-person.
