Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our terminal operations. The selected candidate will ensure adherence to HSEQ standards by fostering effective team engagement and conducting ongoing risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Act as the on-site incident leader during emergencies.
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Guide technical staff in recovery procedures.
- Oversee well workover and repair operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in oil terminal operations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
