Job Description
We invite you to become a full-time, permanent Document Controller at Velosi, located in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or an equivalent qualification.
Your key responsibilities will include the reception, classification, and storage of documents, maintenance of master files, enforcement of version control, collaboration with various departments, and assisting during audits. Previous experience in document control and a familiarity with document management systems are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficient English communication abilities, and expertise in MS Word and Excel. A commitment to confidentiality is crucial.
