Job Description
Rise Business Solutions seeks a Call Center Executive to join our U.S. Business Development team. You will make outbound calls, nurture client relationships, conduct market research, manage the sales cycle, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Requirements: fluent spoken and written English; strong problem-solving and persuasive communication; self-motivated; sales or customer service/telephone sales experience; professional email skills; basic proficiency with softphones and CRM systems.
- Compensation: Rs30,00–50,00/month plus commission; paid leave, holidays, and annual reviews.
- Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM. Full-time, in person.
