Job Description
Touchstone Communications is seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to IT support requests. The ideal candidate will manage IT support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and conduct software installations and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support tickets (response and resolution time, escalation of issues)
- Identify and resolve technical problems
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
- 1+ year of IT Support experience
- Proficiency in Windows installations and Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs55,00.00 per month | Night shift availability required.
