Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist to strengthen product knowledge, support sales initiatives, and collect customer feedback to inform product enhancements. This position requires a blend of technical understanding and strong communication skills.
- Present product features and deliver demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and collaborate with product managers to prioritize improvements.
- Qualifications: minimum 2 years in product support or sales engineering, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, industry familiarity, and willingness to travel as needed.
