Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support HR and administrative operations for our engineering consultancy. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, organizing meetings and HR events, managing office supplies, and representing the company at corporate events and exhibitions.
Qualifications: proven HR or administrative experience (entry to mid-level), proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal English. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred. Working days: Monday–Saturday. Location: DHA, Karachi. Employment type: Full-time.
