Job Description

Partners in Development (PID) is a leading engineering consultancy specializing in infrastructure, transportation planning, road asset management, and construction management. We seek a skilled Business Development Assistant with 5–10 years’ experience preparing high-quality technical and financial proposals for engineering or donor-funded projects.

• Qualifications: BBA, Computer Science, or related degree; strong technical writing and proposal development skills; proficiency in MS Office and AI tools; familiarity with World Bank, ADB, UN, and government procurement is advantageous.
• Responsibilities: review RFPs/EOIs, develop compliant proposal strategies, draft and finalize technical and financial proposals, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, maintain proposal library, and track opportunities and outcomes.
