Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site position. Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00/month plus 5% commission. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales calls and social media inquiries; explaining services, pricing, and promotions; upselling add-ons; logging CRM interactions; and following up to meet monthly targets while fostering strong customer relationships.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of local customer service or sales experience; excellent communication and persuasive-selling skills; familiarity with CRM systems, social platforms, and MS Office.
- Flexible availability for rotating weekly days off.
