Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, confident part-time in-person Bilingual Call Center Agent for outbound Urdu/Punjabi campaigns. Duties include making outbound calls, providing clear information, responding to inquiries, offering solutions, meeting performance targets, and logging call notes in Word/Excel.
Requirements: fluency in Urdu and Punjabi; strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: 1+ year of outbound calling or customer service experience; freshers with excellent communication abilities are welcome.
Compensation: Rs35,00–75,00 per month plus incentives. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.
