Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Operator to oversee daily production operations, supervise a team of operators, and ensure consistent product quality and safety. The position coordinates shift activities, diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment issues, implements process improvements, trains and mentors staff, maintains accurate production records, and partners with maintenance and management to meet KPI objectives.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in manufacturing or operations, demonstrated leadership, strong technical/mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and availability for rotating shifts.
- Certifications such as forklift or other equipment credentials are advantageous.
