Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations. This full-time, on-site role offers PKR 75,00–150,00 per month, 12-hour shifts, and four leave days per month.
- Supervise and develop store staff; enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization; handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Monitor sales performance, implement improvement strategies, and prepare daily and monthly reports.
Requirements: 3–5 years in store management or similar role, proven leadership and team-management skills, excellent communication and customer-service abilities, and solid understanding of inventory control.
