Job Description
itechnets is a technology training company offering certifications in cloud computing, DevOps, storage, and cybersecurity. We seek a Customer Service Representative to design and execute lead generation strategies that grow our client base.
- Research and engage leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls; manage lead records.
- Plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns using marketing automation and analytics.
- Report performance metrics, provide data-driven insights, and coordinate with operations and country teams.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field, 2+ years IT lead generation experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time (remote). Pay: From Rs100,00/month.
