Job Description
The Junior Upwork Bidder will identify and prioritize relevant Upwork projects, craft tailored proposals, and manage client communication to support business development. The role coordinates with internal teams to prepare accurate estimates and maintains records of bids and follow-ups.
- Source and evaluate Upwork leads
- Write persuasive, error-free proposals
- Respond professionally to clients and schedule meetings
- Coordinate with designers/developers and report bidding activity
- Track performance and apply learnings to improve success rates
Requirements: strong written and verbal English, basic knowledge of freelancing platforms, spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome). Full-time, in-person.
