Job Description
Nexline BPO, powered by RCMBS, seeks a full-time, in-person Verifier for auto insurance and final expense products. The Verifier will confirm applicant identity, contact and beneficiary information; validate documents such as driver’s licenses, vehicle details, and consent forms; and perform scripted verification calls. Accurate data entry into CRM, issue flagging, and coordination with agents are required. Adherence to state, federal, and company compliance standards is mandatory.
- Preferred: insurance, call center, or verification experience
- Required: strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, time management, CRM proficiency
- Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs80,00 per month
