Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Franchise Officer to manage franchise relationships, support onboarding, ensure compliance, and drive franchise performance. The role includes coordinating training, conducting site visits, analyzing sales and operational data, and implementing improvement plans to maintain brand standards and profitability.
- Minimum 2 years of franchise or field operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with close attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; ability to travel as required
